Love is idolized as one of the most important experiences of our lives, and yet, intimate relationships and marriage can be fraught with disconnection, betrayal, anxiety, and a desire for 'more'.
We all grow up with sub-conscious rules about life and love, and they're unique to each of the environments we grew up in. I can imagine you know the feeling of living by someone else's rules, stuck in a game you didn't choose.
Leading from love means deconstructing the belief systems you were born into, and creating a new rule book for your life. I'm here to support you in opening to more love, reducing conflict, and forging pathways of sovereignty and empathy.

Despite feeling lost in a sea of siblings, I found my centre on the stage.
Performing arts was the place I could be most myself; where I could unleash the wacky, flirty, wild, awkward parts that longed to feel safe and seen.
Over time, I alchemised acting into a practice of embodying all parts of me.
Now I create transformational experiences for you to embrace your fullness through play, performance, embodiment, and alchemy practices.
